Refund
All returned merchandise must be shipped to the warehouse of origin. Because of this, it is important to contact us before you return any item. You can return the item within two weeks after receiving the product.
IMPORTANT! Shipping warehouses are busy places that sometimes lose things and information. For this reason, it is vitally important that you save and email us the tracking number of your return shipment so (if necessary) we can prove its successful return.
*Please note Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Order Cancelation
Should you need to cancel an order, you have up to the time of shipment to do so with a complete refund for most items. Some items ordered may require a restocking fee, even before shipment, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Once items on your order have shipped, any shipping, handling, and restocking fee costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We ship worldwide and we source our products from different parts of the world for obvious reasons. So we are humble to suggest you don't buy from us If you are in a hurry to shape your place. Please kindly allow one to two weeks for the delivery time, depending on the recipient’s address. Nevertheless, We aim to provide a tracking option for all our shipments, but sometimes this is not possible. However, we always appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to provide the best service possible.
